Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancel and Change Application

For all cancellation or change requests, go to My Orders → Order Details and click "Request Refund" or "Request Reschedule". No email is required. After submission, a consultant will review and process your request within 1-3 business days. You will be notified of the result via an in-app message.

2. Cancellation Fee Policy

  • Free full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before departure
  • Cancel within 30 days before departure: After submitting your request, a consultant will review and confirm the refund amount or percentage.

Non-refundable for incurred expenses (flights, hotels, tickets, visas, etc.). Unincurred expenses will be refunded according to the tiers above.

Cancel within 7 days before departure or fail to travel: no refund.

Cancellation after order fulfillment has started: All cases require advisor review. Final refund = Estimated refundable amount for the tier minus fees incurred.

3. Non-refundable items

Flights already issued, hotel reservations confirmed (some hotels have separate cancellation policies), tickets or activity permits purchased, and visa fees.

4. Update

If changes are needed after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate them; however, additional fees may apply. Fees are based on actual costs incurred.

5. Force Majeure

If travel cannot proceed due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions, both parties shall resolve the matter through negotiation. Non-refundable: costs already incurred. Refundable in full: costs not yet incurred.

6. Insurance recommendations

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase trip cancellation insurance to cover unexpected situations.

7. Refund processing time

WeChat Pay: Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Funds in WeChat Balance are available instantly. Savings cards take 1-3 business days; credit cards take 2-5 business days. Alipay: Funds in Alipay Balance are available instantly. Bank card processing times depend on the bank: Quick transfers (including cartoon) for savings cards take 2-6 days, quick transfers for credit cards take 3-7 days, online banking for savings/credit cards take 3-7 days, and cartoon for credit cards take 4-6 days. International cards (VISA/MasterCard/JCB) take 7 days. If a bank card fails, funds will be returned to your Alipay Balance. Actual arrival times vary by payment channel or bank.
